Covid-19 Safety Plan

We are working to provide the safest care possible for all of our patients. We are closely following the guidelines as set out by the Provincial Health Offier, Provincial Health Minister and the Prime Minister. We have adapted and follow the recommendations as set forth by WorkSafe BC and the BC Centre for Disease Control.

At this time, we are offering telephone appointment with our phyicians. if the phyician wishes to see you, they will instruct you on how to be seen in person. Do not come to the office without being advised to do so by on of our physicians or staff. You must have a specifially booked appointment time.

For any patients with a booked appointment, please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and please wear a mask. A staff member will open the door for you and will ask some screening question. Only the patient will be seen by the doctor, we kindly ask that family members wait in the car, (exceptions will be made for frail patients and those with young children). Our mandate is to keep our waiting room occupancy low to prevent cross cantamination among patients.

We will be observing the following protocols during your visit:

  • We will maintain physical distancing and request you are also mindful of the 2 meter distance.

  • Physicians and staff will be wearing personal protective equipment.

  • We request you bring a mask for your personal use while in the clinic

  • We will clean exam rooms frequently and thoroughly to ensure you are not a risk.

  • We will continue to limit the number of patients being seen on a daily basis.
